Return policy

  1. Eligibility for Returns
  • Time Limit: Initiate returns within 30 calendar days of receipt. Late requests are rejected.
  • Product Condition: Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging (tags, boxes, accessories). Used/damaged products are rejected.
  • Exceptions: Customized ceramic mugs/insulated cups (e.g., engravings) are non-returnable unless defective.
  1. Return Process
  • Request a Return Authorization (RA) number via email/phone (include order number + return reason).
  • Pack eligible items securely in original packaging; mark RA number on outer package.
  • Ship to the address below. You cover return shipping unless due to our error (wrong/defective item).
  1. Refunds & Exchanges
  • Refunds: Processed 2-3 business days after warehouse inspection. Credited to original payment method (3-5 business days for bank reflection).
  • Exchanges: Not offered directly. Return for refund and place a new order for a different item.
  1. Defective or Wrong Items
  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery (provide photos of item/packaging).
  • We cover return shipping and offer full refund or replacement (if in stock) at no extra cost.
